How much will my treatment cost?
Your initial assessment is £55 for 45 minutes and includes treatment on the day. Follow-up treatments are £45 for 30 minutes, and a 20-minute home exercise review, in clinic or by video, is £30. You only ever pay per visit: no packages to buy up front and no hidden extras.
What happens at my first appointment?
A full 45-minute, one-to-one assessment of your movement, strength and history in a private treatment room. You will leave with a clear diagnosis explained in plain English, hands-on treatment on the day and a written recovery plan with simple home exercises.
How many sessions will I need?
